Tenacity, ability to lead, and a strong business sense are a must for the General Manager in Training position. We aren't looking for the faint of heart, or those that just want a paycheck. This is for those with management experience, a true desire to ultimately have P&L responsibility and earn what they are worth.
Compensation starts at $100,000/ year with an opportunity to grow your income to well over 130,000 within two years. Advancement is based on performance not time worked within the company. (The Manager in Training position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of between 33.77 and 41.28.)
